Chris Bias has been a real estate investor for over 20 years, but there’s more to him than that. He believes actions speak louder than words and is a champion of many nonprofits and causes. He’s the director of Seattle Snowball, a charity-driven event organization. He’s also the founder of Hats for the Homeless, which gives out 300 to 500 free stocking hats every winter to those in need.
Philanthropy is his passion, and that includes charitable work overseas as well. Chris calls himself a “professional tourist,” and he’s traveled to 48 countries, most of the time helping others in need along the way. He’s assisted in rehabbing orphanages overseas, whether that’s building a new room, installing bathrooms, or providing bookshelves. All of these kind acts are done on a freelance basis wherever his heart calls him.
